Harvest / Winemaking:
Manual harvest. Reception with immediate destemming and crushing, transport of grapes to fermentation tanks in a mass pipe with a heat exchanger. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. More intense and prolonged macerations, partial malolactic fermentation in wood.
Practices:
Part of the batch is aged for a period of 12 months in predominantly French oak, with a small percentage of American oak.
